I filed an assault & battery charge against a woman who hit me in the forehead with a phone and tried to choke me to death while screaming "I'll KILL YOU." Now the sheriff's department says the arrest warrant is closed. Can you please tell me what this means? I have heard nothing from the DA in this matter and I was told by the sheriff's office that the woman would not be picked up because the jail was full and they were on felonly only status. I am really scared and I can not get any information from anyone. Please answer asap....please
