Assault by a neighbor

What is the name of your state? Missouri

My neighbor shot at my husband yesterday. When I talked to the prosecuting attorney he was reviewing the reports given. To make it brief, my husband asked the man to stop shooting his 22 pistol because our children and the neighbor children were playing nearby. The man blows up at my husband tell him to "cross the line" while he's holding a pistol. My husband (figuring the guys nuts) walks away from him. At that time the neighbor points at my husband and shoots. Mind, he didn't aim to hit my husband, but aimed above his head and at his upper body. My children are still nearby when this happens and an 11 year old sees it happen.

I'm afraid nothing is being done. What else can I do?

The neighbor has still not been arrested.

Thanks,

Nancy in MO

Thanks! That's what I thought about. I need to take pictures or film the guy doing it! He won't get by with it again!
