Woman illegally broke into house, stole property and identification papers, and mail...

Local police informed, waiting on warrant before taking action.

Meanwhile delusional crazy woman is allowed to hold on to all of my property, clothing, identification papers, passport, mail, and sip at her coffee while reading my personal documents at her leisure?

Is this madness even allowed?

Sorry, this forum is for US law only. Your question seems to involved Canadian law.
