220. Every person who assaults another with intent to commit
mayhem, rape, sodomy, oral copulation, or any violation of Section
264.1, 288 or 289 is punishable by imprisonment in the state prison for two, four, or six years.

261. (a) Rape is an act of sexual intercourse accomplished with a
person not the spouse of the perpetrator, under any of the following circumstances:
(2) Where it is accomplished against a person's will by means of
force, violence, duress, menace, or fear of immediate and unlawful
bodily injury on the person or another.

647.6. (a) Every person who annoys or molests any child under the age of 18 shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000), by imprisonment in a county jail not exceeding one year, or by both the fine and imprisonment.
