Attny General Review

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NJ
I was the victim of a dv involving a police officer. We were dating at the time. I dropped the TRO. He is still under administrative investigation at work. Work and prosecutor has not returned his weapons. His forfeiture of weapons hearing was adjourned last week so that his administrative case could be sent to the Attny Gen for complete review. After that the new hearing will take place for the county. It has been over 4 months and it is still ongoing. The rosecutor wants me to go to the hearing. I am trying to get over this whole thing. must I go? ANd why is this whole thing taking so long if I dropped thr TRO?
