if my employer has posted signs on every door of his business that states that you are being video and audio taped at all times while you are in his building is it legal for me to audio tape our conversations on a hidden tape recorder while i am inside the building? thank you for any help.

It is legal for you to tape conversations, they cannot be used in a court of law or for disciplinary reasons.
