ok i was court martialled in dec 2004, i recently did one of those 40$ criminal background checks and nothing came up... i was wondering if this comes up on regular non-federal checks like the ones used for employment... reason im asking is bc i need a new job and my sentencing has to be 5 years or older so they would hire me... i know i phucked up, but damn! i cant make anything of myself for something i did once 2 years ago( it happened in march 04) its just not fair...
