bench warrant

What is the name of your state? washington state

Can you tell me how to find out if a warrant is a no bail warrant.
This is in municiple court and is a misdemeanor but it is 10 years old. My son was arrested but let out to appear in court and did not appear. The charge was theft and drawing a weapon which was a pocket knife. As I said it is a misdemeanor but we want to take care of it. Our son is disabled so we are helping him with this and I want to get all the information I can
