arrest warrant
a bench warrant, which is also called a standing warrant,is a warrant issued by an agency, and is recognized by the judicial courts.it is usually given to a person whom owes a fine,or any monies orderd by a court.as long as the warrant is issued it is an active warrant.if it is from another state, such as for a non-payment of a traffic ticket, then that state can request your resident state to demand you up for extridiction to the state, where the offense had taken place,it is up to the governor of your state to surrender you,or not.if he refuses to do so.then the state in which the warrant was issued from, may demand a hearing in your state.upon this if you are found guilty, they may utilize any laws as a punishment in your home state, but i wouldnt bet, that the governor, would refuse to surrender you.i am not an attorney, please advise one in your area.good-luck,friends.
