I was just wondering when and if bench warrants get dropped, and do they follow you out of state?

Yes, bench warrants are dropped if and when the judge decides to drop it (for whatever reason).

As far as following you out of state...I have no clue what you mean. If you mean can you be extradited from one state on the basis of another state's warrant, yes, generally if it is for a felony.

Warrants do no have a statute of limitations and they are good in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and all US territorial possessions.
