Bench Warrants

What is the name of your state? Florida

Failed to appear for a traffic violation, the fine was paid by mail 3 days after the expired court date.

Question: Would there be a bench warrant issued for failure to appear and are bench warrants computer generated?

A: Who knows (call the court clerk) and no, they are generated by a judge. Computers do only what some human tells them to do.

Bench Warrants

I should have been more specific:

In traffic court, a judge has before him/her a list of all people scheduled to appear that day unless the citation has already been resolved.

When the defendant's name is called and fails to show, is it at that time the judge signs the warrant or what ever indicates that a bench warrant is to be issued and then is it computer generated?

Thanking you in advance

You really need to call the clerk of the court; no one can answer that question because each court is different, each judge is different, and each day is different.
