What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? massachusetts
I was in a mental hospital one year before signing a commercial lease for a retail store ..I am on meds for depression and my psychiatrist wrote a note saying he recomends i leave my lease .. can I say i was not responsible for the lease i signed because of the heavy meds i was on when i signed it? Is a mental illness a way to get out of a lease ? I am making no money at all i really want to leave this awful space .What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
