Breaking in

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? AL

I caught my ex breaking into my house and went and filed a report. the cops never went and looked at anything! Do I still have a case? I mean I saw him attempting to gain access thru my daughters window. When he left with my daughter I noticed the window was pushed up and the lock had been busted.
PS: this has been 2months since it happened

Would you stop pulling stuff out of the air in the hopes that you don't have to share your child at Christmas?

Personally I think she should go











get some psychological attention. Quickly. Before she turns her daughter into her.
