How long do the courts have before they can no longer do anyting about court fines. It has been almost 10 years and they are now telling me that I must pay or I will have to go to court or they will Issue a warrent. This is not traffic fines. Another persone was also involved and was ordered to pay half of the court costs but they tell me now I am responsible for the whole ammount.

I would think you have two choices: Get an attorney and fight the charges, or, pay the fines. I don't know that there is any other option here.
