Can I be charged if my spouse is charged?Louisiana - My spouse is being investigated for a hit and run. During a search of our property and home they found a small bag of marij with papers hidden in his drawer. I have a completely clean record and do not do any drugs ever. I have removed myself and my son from the home since he was charged with possession. Can I also be charged? |

__________________ There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution). Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |

| While they CAN charge you, it does not mean they will ... or,that they could prove that the dope was yours even if they could charge you. The probable cause necessary to support an arrest or an indictment is a lower standard than that needed to convict. - Carl
