Can Police Break Down My Door For Bench Warrant????


What is the name of your state?Michigan**************i Have A Bench Warrant Out For My Arrest Regarding A No Show Hearing For Fraud Charges. Can The Police Forcibly Enter My Home To Take Me? If The Door Is Locked Or No One Comes To The Door Can They Break It Down?? Please Let Me Know Soon. Thank You, (dreamer54@comcast.net)

I strongly suggest you stand back to avoid being struck by flying glass, splinters, wood, or metal. Will most do it, No...Will some do it, Yes. Can they do it, YES!

This is quite funny....


Thing is OBVIOUSLY you or someone was there and they knew that. If them or you would have went and opened the door the police would not have had to break the door down would they???? Get real and don't break the law and you would not have to worry about what the police do !!!
Besides since you KNEW that you had a warrant for your arrest you SHOULD have turned yourself in... EVEN BETTER THAN THAT you SHOULD have went to COURT!!!!!!
