Cool

Can a possesion case be thrown out....

What is the name of your state? NC
Can a misdemeanor possesion charge be thrown out after a certain amount of continuences due to me asking for a continuence and continuence due to the cop not being there. Can I get out of it with out having to go to the classes?

I think after a long while of delays and whatnot you could probably get somethings overturned by saying that you were denied your right to a fair and speedy trial.

That being said I dont think two continuences, one for you and one for them is enough to do that.

Even if you can't you might luck out and the the cop could have violated your rights.
