| In some states, it's required of law enforcement to notify the arrestee's employer: such as teachers in CA. & law enforcement - cops, d.a.s, etc. If the investigator had a question pertaining to the case which the employer could answer, so be it... In many areas, the police blotter is printed in the local paper, for all to read. |
