What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TEXAS

I want to file a motion for time served/credit, and a motion for deferred dispostion. Should I send the two motions to the court in the same envelope? Or wait and send one and then the other?

Thanks!

NEVER send two documents in one envelope!

And anytime I have to deal with court or any kind of legal documents that matter, I keep a copy of the documents and certify them upon mailing. This has come in invaluable before to me. I ask for a return receipt. This saved me a contempt of court charge once, and is just good business practice at any time.
