Need answer ASAP

What is the name of your state? colorado

I am interested in changing the existing law that a juvenile must by 10 years old to be arrested to any age if a weapon is used in the commission of a crime. I have no idea of where to begin. Please advise.

Your dealing with a law based on federal statutes, no child under the age of 10 can be charged with a felony. You cannot change a state law if the law would violate federal statutes. Sorry.

Changing Federal Statues

Since I can't change at the state level because it violates a federal statue, how do I change the federal statue?
