A month or so back I had a situation with my husband, and I posted a forum on here to get some advice from others on this site. Some of you my remember my situation.
My husband was pulled over him and 3 of his friends and less than a gram of crack was found on the floor board of the car. Noone in the car would speak up to say who it belonged to. My husband had 2000 cash on him.
Yesterday my husband and the others involved with this case went to court. My husband charges were dismissed and his vechile and the money that he had was released. So for those of you who remember this situation and responded to my forum in the past I really wanted to let this be known.
For others who are new to this site and are in a situation like this, I want to let you know to get a good lawyer and fight it very aggressively, and it can be beat.
