Child Porn: Is age 18 pornography legal or illegal?

Talked to a lawyer, he told me that having pornography of girls under the age of 21 was considered child pornography. My computer was seized for unlawful posting of message. Nothing having to do with children or messages to children but I had a lot of 18-21 year old porn on my computer, all from mainstream porn websites.

So is having 18-20 year old porn on my computer legal or illegal?

Because it sounds ridiculous that having pornography of an 18 year old on your computer would be considered child pornography.

He mentioned that he spoke to a lawyer and that the lawyer told him that under 21 was illegal. But don't you think that a lot of people would be locked up if having pictures/videos of 18, 19, and 20 year olds on your computer was considered child pornography? As far as I know, a lot of websites have 18-20 year olds on there and are still up and running. I can see why he is questioning his lawyer.
