What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NV

I stumbled upon a user profile on Youtube. It turned out to be a man I know who is a registered sex offender (child porn and molestation convictions) AND is currently on Probation for assaulting my stepson.

He also has a felony assault/child endangerment trial next month.

This Youtube profile lists videos he has been watching, as well as "channels" he is "subscribing" to. Many of them are videos of little girls dancing provocatively, as well as videos named "preteen porn" (the videos have now been disabled by Youtube). You get the idea.

Should I report this to authorities? If so, to whom?

While this is not a crime, it might be of interest to whatever agency conducted the investigation,or whatever prosecutor's office is conducting the prosecution.

Dancing doesn't meet the US definition of child porn unless there's a sex act or simulated sex act involved. But he may have probation conditions that bar this sort of thing.

As to who, if you know the probation office he falls under you can report it there. You can also point it out to the DA prosecuting his new case.
