What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NJ

I have been informed I have a failure to appear from 2005 in Colorado stemming from a petty offense. I now live in New Jersey, and I would like to get my driver's license here. Will I have any problems getting my license here? I obtained an ID with no problem, but I don't know if getting a drivers license would be any different. Thanks.

If they suspended your license in Colorado, you'll find it difficult to get a license in NJ. If there's merely a warrant out for FTA, chances are the DMV doesn't care, though warrants can have the nasty habit of popping up at inopportune times.
