this is concerning the RICO

question. As yet I have not gotten an answer or a direction to go to information.

The question is:

Can the government be sued in the 1983 Tort Action under Title Civil 42 and can RICO (Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations act) be allowed in that complaint for damages occurred. I know you can sue the government but can RICO be included in that suit? Thank you for you guidance.
