my fianace is on house arrest and was on a pass today, he had an 1 1/2 hours to do what he had to do,he called and varified it with house arrest befor he left, he returned from his pass and a officer came to our door and arrested him, they said that he never turned in a pass and they were not sure of his wareabouts between 1:15 and 2:30, htey made this a violation and he was sent to jail. this is his first violation sence he started the program,he had a plea agreement and one of the conditions was 6 months house arrest, do you think they will make him spend the whole term of house arrest in jail or do his whole sentence of 2 years in prison?iam sorry this is so long
