What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
I am living in Abu Dhabi working in a transport company one of my staff was in cashiering he steal some money of the company but my company send me with him to the police because i am his incharge,but infront of the public prosecutor the responsible person admit his crime and the public prosecutor released me with my passport, but the company management harrasing me and keep telling that i am also responsible for that.
My question is that if someone admit his crime in front of the public prosecutor is company can involve me in this matter.
