Hello!

I was arrested and my case was later thrown out (dismissed). My question is about expunging my record. I know that I will need to deal with the arrest record, but will there be any kind of record of the dismissal? I want to have a clear record.

I am from Chicago, IL.

Thank you for your time.

There is nothing to expunge - you were not convicted.

Did you get any paperwork from the court indicating the disposition of your case? You should have.
