sorry for confusion.im a man, dont read directions. do probable cause laws usually vary from county to county, or is it a state law?

Since you had control of the vehicle (and were the last to operate it), you had the right to advise the officer he may go into the vehicle and retrive your identification which you consented. Since he observed a violation of the drug law and you were the last to operate and have control of the vehicle, you have no grounds for supression.
