I'm being investigated in Virginia for a Class 4 misdemeanor for smacking a minor on the butt, vut gave not geen charged. They asked if they could seize my computers, tablet, phone and camera and, stupidly, I agreed knowing there was nothing inappropriate on them, such as child porn.

It's been 10 days and I have called every day this week to inquire about my property, but the detective says that he's no longer on the case and emailed the officer who is handling it now that i inquired, but i haven't heardrum back. How do I get my items back?
