What is the name of your state? Texas

Hypothetically speaking.. U are arrested on a misdemeanor charge and after you are processed into the jail you realize you have a small plastic bag of controlled substance on you. You get rid of it while inside the penal institution. If it is found by jailors or deputies what are the chances of them running finger prints on the bag and identifying the perp and if they do can you be arrested weeks later from it?

Thanks for any opinions

no chance, at worst you found it in jail picked it up, realized what it was and dropped it again. Forget about it.

Almost totally NIL. Why? Do they test bags for prints? Hardly.

Drugs in prison are a COMMON phenomena, and if they directed this level of criminal investigation to a random bag... ;)

It is possible for you do be arrested.

You would also have an excellent defense.
