cop flirting?

Arizona.
i feel cop pulled me over in a traffic stop to flirt. he claimed brake lights not working.we took pictures that they were. was arrested on an outstanding warrant for insufficient funds.when searching the car a black purse with drugs was found. My purse was brown& on my lap.One of the officers told me I would be charged with the felony, unless I signed a piece of paper (immediately) agreeing to work with dea agents & setting up atleast 3 busts. I told him that something just seemed wrong with the fact that I HAD to then & there sign& without seeking legal council. he was frustrated walked away a short while&came back to ask2search the trunk.i replied I couldn’t give permission cuz it wasn’t my car.He asked a 2nd timefor me2 sign w/this deal,I told him I don’t wish2 speak anymore,he then proceded to search the trunk anyway, finding nothing.came back to me for my 3rd& final chance to sign, feeling angry for being harassed I let him know that the deal wouldn’t work anyway cuz I don’t hang out with people that do drugs.so I got charged with possess dangerous drugs. My question, cant I get this thrown out cuz no probable cause to pull over.i pulled up next to cop & stopped at red light,we had eye contact& he had abig smile, when the light is green you go.. how could he even know that brake lites not working..? and how do you find out info on if an officer has ever been reprimanded 4 only pulling over females(or something of the sort)? and what about the miranda rights? isnt this harassment?

There is nothing wrong with the "bust"
If he was flirting, he wouldn't have cited you

OK!

So let me paraphrase for you:
You got pulled over
You got arrested for an outstanding warrant
You also had drugs in the car
You now want to say the cop was "flirting with you"????

ARE you a complete MORON, or just a junior moron working your way to become a full-fledged member of the Moron Brotherhood???

IAAL WHERE ARE YOU???!!!!!!!!!

First, car was driven by you. This gives rise to a presumption that everything in it is yours. At the very least it was under your dominion and control. And the black purse where the dope was found didn't just happen to have any of your possessions or ID inside, did it?

Second, even if the officer is factually wrong about the brake lights, if he perceived that they were not working properly (weak, broken, delayed activation, etc.) then the stop is valid. There does not have to be a true violation of the law to justify a detention - only the reasonable belief that a crime is occurring or has occurred.

Third, providing a false name to a peace officer is a crime. Providing the name of a real person is likely an additional offense (it is in my state).

Here's what you do ... hire an attorney, have HIM try to raise a challenge to the stop. If that fails, roll over on the owner of the junk inside the car and tell them who it all belongs to.

ok panzy, prankster or whatever your name is, you apparently havent had your coffee this morning cuz your paraphrase, MORON(!) is in the wrong order...i said from the begining, that when i pulled up along side of him and stopped AT the red light, i glanced over & he had this big koolaid smile and nodded his head... THEN the light turned green and he stayed along side of me about 1/4 of a mile, then slowing down to get behind me...so no 'PANZY THE CONFUSED ONE', looks to me like u r the moron if you cant get the story correctly even when its written right in front of you..

i am taking it to trial & at this time i have no private attorney, so i would like to do some of the research myself.
cuz i also feel like the cop that was offeriing me to make a deal (without seeking legal council) was harrassing me.. who listens to a civilians complaint about the way they were treated by an officer, because it just seems to me that, that is why these officers get away with some of the stuff they do..
It is irrelevant what the cop did in the past to someone else.

Trying to get you to be a snitch is not harassment.

So far, on this thread, you have not given us ONE fact you could use for a defense.

Do you have ANY evidence of ANY kind that favors you?

OBJECTION, You Honor!

The defendant has already stated that she was "being checked out", and also being "flirted with".
OBVIOUS facts for a defense.....
