What is the name of your state? Washington
If policemen show to the door of a house because of a party, and start ordering people to leave - asking everybody who does their name, date-of-birth, and phone number, what do they usually do with that information? Does it go on one's records, or is it there to just show that that person were there at that date and time?
It is thought that they showed up before 10:00pm. It was probably because we were being too loud. However, one person was handcuffed/assumed arrested (don't know why, maybe he had a record). There was no record of drugs/alcohol at the party, although one officer made a comment about how the people all had Big Red gum and that it "doesn't really cover up anything."
I just want to know what the standard procedure/laws/etc. are for busting parties. Also, is it a bit different for people under the age of 18? Any information and/or links would be appreciated
