Could both Felony Charges be dismissed? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania My ex husband has been charged with two counts aggravated assault (one and F1 and one and F2) and one count each simple assault and harrassment, all against an on duty fireman at an active scene. I can understand one felony count "going away".. but what might make both counts go away, if anything? In my unknowledgeable opinion, the prosecution has a strong case, the whole fire department as witnesses. He has my 11 year old son as a witness (another story), and his version of the story changes daily. It is, however, his first arrest. Just looking for opinions. |

| My opinion (based solely on your post)... sufficient evidence/testimony exists to support ALL charges. Guilty!
__________________ There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution). Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |
