What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona
If a child is the subject of a family court custody case and a juvenile dependency case, and one parent is on trial for a non violent crime that involves that child as the victim, which court has superior jurisdiction? Can the criminal court dictate supervised contact with the child(victim) or is it ultimately up to the family court? Ive read that juvenile court has jurisdiction over other state courts, does that include criminal or just the civil courts.
