I am going to be attending an arraignment on thursday and I have a few questions... During the arraignment, If the person pleads not guilty, what is the next step? What if they plead guilty.. then what?

-If you plead not guilty then the case goes to trial and will be heard by the judge or a jury who will render a verdict.

If the you plead guilty then the court will impose sentencing.
