What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio

Okay so I have a question. If a woman is an escort and she posts an ad on something like craigslist but posts this disclaimer at the bottom:

DISCLAIMER: Donations exchanged in legal adult personal service is simply for time and companionship. Anything else that may or may not occur is a matter of personal choice and personal preference between two or more consenting adults of legal age and is not cotracted for, nor is requested to be contracted for in any manner. This is not an offer of prostitution! Your donation is for time spent only! Calling me constitutes acceptance of these terms and insures that you lawfully agree that you are not any type of or in any way affiliated with any type of law enforcement using this ad for entrapment or for arrest. I do reserve the right to decline appointments. I do have legal council and I know my rights!

and then a police officer comes to the room. All the escort says is you can get comfortable and nothing else happens.... Can she then be arrested if she never agrees that money was for sexual acts??? Also can a cop show her his genitals? Can the cop touch her? Can the cop let her touch him? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

I am sorry...but are you serious?? I find your disclaimer hilarious,,,and if you think it protects you from charges of prostitution you are really kidding yourself.

You need a lawyer right away.

Do you not get that just because YOU say it isn't prostitution does not mean it is not prostitution??

You saying so does not make it so, In Ohio prostitution is ILLEGAL!! And that is exactly what you are trolling for in that ad. Ugh! Too funny.
