Okay so I have a question. If a woman is an escort and she posts an ad on something like craigslist but posts this disclaimer at the bottom:

and then a police officer comes to the room. All the escort says is you can get comfortable and nothing else happens.... Can she then be arrested if she never agrees that money was for sexual acts??? I am sorry...but are you serious?? I find your disclaimer hilarious,,,and if you think it protects you from charges of prostitution you are really kidding yourself.
