please help!!!! texas,may 2001 a drug raid was made on our home, the address on the warant was for the shop in front of our home that included a travel trailer that another couple lived in not the address for our home, all were arrested and all evidence was combined can they do this with two different addresses? meanwhile upon our release from jail we (husband and myself) moved to another county and avoiding all criminal activity completly starting a new life jobs and all. while the other couple not having jobs and completly reling on drug manufacturing and sales have been busted two more times(and are still in jail),we have cooperated as much as possible. is there anyway our charges can be dropped totally???
we were offered five years deffered adjudificated probation(not sure of the spelling)can anyone at least tell me what this means?? please!!
