Recently my twin brother had gotten arrested 3 times in 1 year. he's been arrested many times before but he had sunk to a low and starting using my name and SS# when he gets arrested so i have been arrested 2 times because he hasnt shown for court. i have been working on this my whole vacation on seeing the officers that arrested him on each of the charges. and eventually will have my name cleared in a week or so.

But, what im concerned about is clearing my criminal records of these charges. when i went to clear the last 2 times he has done this to me. i found out that the first time he did this. i cleared it up in court and the records were still on my criminal records from a 1 year ago.

So how do i take care of this. who do i speak with to get these offences off my record? do i have to go to court? fill out some papers somwhere? if so, where and what files do i fill out?

Contact the clerk of courts for the county in which the violations were charged and ask them what you need to do.
