Court Transcripts

Texas..

Question: How does one obtain a copy of a court trail ( transcript)?? I have contacted the DA, Court House by email and snail mail and they either ignore my request or say they can't help me.

Im in Oregon but Im acting on behalf of a lady inmate,. Texas, who got ]170] years on a drug charge.

Who , how, where???

Any help appreciated

If you don't even know how to obtain a transcript, I can't see how you can possibly be of help to any inmate with a life sentence.
