CRO or not I served all of my suspended sentence

I was given 180 Days suspended ,cro ,drug classes and NA meetings and screwed my color code up. I served my whole 180, got out two weeks ago. I received a paper telling me to sign up for CRO again. I thought serving all of my days would kill my color code??? Am I wrong? and if so what do I expect if I don't comply?
