Not sure if this is the right forum to ask this question in ... but in a recent case there was an instance where it was decided that either brass knuckles or hands/feet were NOT officially classified as a deadly weapon ... do any of you know which one was it?

thanks!

What state? And if the decision was made by a local court, it really has no authority in other jurisdictions or proceedings.

In CA hands and feet (in some circumstances) can result in a charge of Assault with a Deadly Weapon (or force likely to produce great bodily harm or death) per PC 245. And brass knuckles ARE illegal here per PC 12020.
