delaing in stolen goods

FLORIDA

my brother was arrested yesterday in charges with "dealing in stolen goods."

his charge was for some racing seats, i believe worth around $4000-$5000. he was charged with a felony, obvious, but he wasnt to know wut kind of time could he be lookin at. I know it may vary, as this is his 1st felony, no other arrests. if i can get some advice please dont hesitate to respond...someone mite know something me/him doesnt.. TIA
