delete records of an arrest(which led to a Nolle Prosse)

What is the name of your state? Florida

Records of an arrest in florida back in Nov of 2004 are still accessible in the county's internet database. The case was dropped and the result was a "nolle prosse." How do I go about having that record removed? Is there a standard court procedure? Does it go away after a certain period of time? Do I need a lawyer for this? Thanks for any help!
