What is the name of your state? Nevada

A group of us were detained for 4 hours by hotel security. All the while the security was trying to get us to confess to a crime that none of us had committed. Two of us could not even remember half of the time that the security was questioning us on and it was held against us. No evidence was provided to show that we had done anything. Is this ok? Are they in the right to detain all of us in hand cuffs for such a long period of time. In the end only one person was arrested when the police finally showed up.

Tell you what, if you feel you are owed something, get a lawyer and sue them. See if you can find a lawyer willing to take the case on a contingency basis (meaning, they don't get paid anything if you don't win). If you can't find such a lawyer, take that as a clue.
