Detective questioning

FL I am being asked to come in for questioning about my stepdaughter accusing me of slapping her. She was sent from the school to the hospital two weeks ago. Should I go in for this or do I need an attorneys advice?

Under no circumstances do you answer Police questions without an Attorney

Do not go in and answer ANYTHING.

If arrested get a lawyer.

You are likely to be arrested, so get one NOW.

If she went to the HOSPITAL, then it is time to get an attorney.
