What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oregon

If an attorney provides a false statement in a personal police report, can they be disbarred?

Maybe.

If the false statement was that the car was red, and it turns out the car was maroon, I doubt they would be disbarred.

What if, the charges involved a felony and a misdemeanor, and the attorney was the victim, and stated in the police report that they had a witness to the alleged crimes, but there was proof that they lied in the police report about there being a witness?
