Disorderly conduct

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NY

I have a court date for disorderly conduct charge (240.20.7), due to drunken behaviour in Manhatten. I understand that under NY law this is a violation.

What is my likely punishment?

I understand the maximum is 15 days plus a fine. However I was held for only 30 minutes and this is a first offence.

My Magic 8 Ball is out getting shined, so my best non-legal guess is you'll be offered an ACD.

All right, my first chance to use my new crystal ball.

Let me do a little rubbing here,,,,

still rubbing,,,,

hey, I'm starting to enjoy this,,,,

OK, I have the answer,,,, roughly five to ten times what you spent the day you got drunk.

I know, I was hoping for something a little more definitive too,,,,

Maybe I shouldn't have purchased the cheap model,,,, in fact, I think it's actually a plastic ball
