Do I have an arrest warrant?

What is the name of your state? California

The Courtesy Patrol Officer and another guy who did not live in the complex filed a police report stating that I tried to stab both of them. Do I have an arrest warrant and what would be the charge? I moved to Texas, left no forwarding address with the Post Office, but the apt complex has it.

No I didn't do it. The other guy was harrassing me and had previously broke in my apt and stole some things when I wasn't home. He found my spare keys and made copies. I did not know this until 3 girls entered my apt, beat me up, stabbed me, and stole my phone. I couldn't call the police because they took my phone, and the Courtesy Patrol Officer wouldn't let me use his. The other guy told the Courtesy Patrol Officer that I was going to get him fired for letting him in the complex all the time. That is why he made up the story. I did not know they called the police until I called the police from a friend's house to file a police report. I could not get an officer to take a report. They just kept asking where I was and where I was going. The police did not come back to my apt the next day, Sunday, when I was loading the truck to move to Texas, as planned. I kept calling the police trying to get someone to take the police report, and then a detective got on the phone and said, "OK you were stabbed, but you tried to stab the Security Officer and (that other guy's name)." I told her that I did not try to stab anyone and then hung up.

I didn't receive anything in the mail in Texas about this, but I am still wondering if I have a warrant for my arrest, and if so, what the charge is, and what will happen to me in Texas. Please advise.

How the heck would we know?

We don't even know who you really are.

Take a trip to the police agency you spoke to and ask them.

Who is "we," Curt581? Now I know what the 581 represents....the number of personalities you have...because I can't imagine anyone else wanting you to speak for them. Tell me, don't you have anything better to do besides making stupid comments? If you don't have legal advice, then don't reply.

The question was:

Do I have an arrest warrant?

Since no one here knows exactly who you are, nor does anyone here have access to the Whatever Police Department's computers, the only possible answer is:

How the heck would we know?

Call the Detective you spoke with earlier. I bet he's anxious to talk to you.

EDIT: Actually, "581" is the number of years you're facing for Attempted Homicide.

Does any of your 581 personalities have anything better to do besides displaying how ignorant you are? Try doing something constructive.
