Domestic ViloenceWhy is the person arrested always considered the criminal and the Victim the other people? We are all victims when this kind of thing happens in a family- Also, since I have the criminal record, I am looked upon by the law and others as the "Bad Person" and feel that I have no rights- What ever happened to the old saying it takes two to tango? |

| Is there a legal question here? As a note, it DOES take two to tango, but it only takes one to commit battery on a spouse. - Carl
